Taking advantage of a lady, BEWARE My fiancée 09 Escape windshield washer stopped working ( simple fix right?), after some deliberation she decided to have causeway ford analyze and rep My fiancée 09 Escape windshield washer stopped working ( simple fix right?), after some deliberation she decided to have causeway ford analyze and repair the problem. After some frustration getting a appointment made, she got one for 9:15 on Tuesday morning. So I brought the car in for my fiancée because I could stay with it to find out what’s the issue is, and when it could be completed, but to my surprise, I was told just because she had an appointment, they didn’t have a technician to work on the vehicle but she was in the que and they will get to it sometime today. So I had to get a ride home. Approximately at 3:30 that evening causeway ford called saying they found the problem ( washer pump motor) but there was a problem with sway bar links being broken, after some discussion we told them to fix the washer pump and no not work on the sway bar, they say they would have the car fixed sometime in the morning. Next morning got a call from causeway ford advisor at 9:30 am saying he was checking his paperwork and wanted to know if she wanted to do the sway bar links, again she told him just do the washer pump, he said the car should be ready that morning. After waiting till 2:30 she called causeway ford to see if the car was ready, she was told it was not ready and they would call her when it was ready. At 5:30 causeway called saying the vehicle was complete, she told them I would pick up in the morning. Next morning I picked the escape and went to pay for it there was NO mention of a broken sway bar link. So I went to ask the service advisor, but after waiting 20 mins I left, and went to 2 different in town suspension specialist and ask them to check the suspension for safety, both vendors said the suspension was very good, then I asked both vendors to double check the sway bar links, again both vendors said they were good. I contacted the service manager and let him know what was going on, he basically told me that I and the vendors were wrong, after that I took the vehicle to a out of town Ford dealership and they told me that the suspension was good. So I truly believe that Causeway Ford was trying to take advantage of women customer, and I consider that the lowest of the low. BEWARE OF Causway Ford More

Initial service for 2018 Explorer I brought my 2018 Explorer Platinum in for it's initial service as well as for a nail in one of my tires. The service concierge did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle, offered to check on it multiple times and did so in a calm and very pleasant manner. 4 Times in 4 Weeks I've had Lincolns for over ten years. I love my MKZ but the Service department doesn't want to spend the money to fix the sensor problem I am having. I've had Lincolns for over ten years. I love my MKZ but the Service department doesn't want to spend the money to fix the sensor problem I am having. The service Manager Chris tried to force me to take back the car without it being fixed. He was condescending to me on the phone and informed me that with the loaner car "I can't take it out of my immediate area let alone the state" which has led me to cancel many appointments for work which in turn has cost me income. It has been over 2 weeks with no communication or timeline when I can get the car back. "They just don't know what to do" is what we keep getting told. In return they gave me a loaner car that is not properly inspected, filthy, smells, and no valid registration card in the car. They tried to "give me a deal" to get me into a Navigator (which was the plan all along when this lease is up). But the "deal" from Causeway's was $100-$150 more than I was quoted for the same exact car on their website. Very disappointed. I am paying $633 between lease and insurance that Causeway has had 4 times in 4 weeks and I haven't seen in over two weeks straight. More
