Drove an hour to their service department. Made the appointment a week and a half in advance. When I got there they said they would need the car for 2 or 3 days!!!! When I said ok how do I get a loaner, they told me they had none and I would have to wait 4 more weeks!!! Never again will I go here or buy a Ford. Have a bunch of problems on my f150 and it doesn't even have 70k miles. More
