First, I wish to say, I gave the Sales Dept, a 5 star rating. Ryan has been fantastic! Todasy, I had a 1:00 pm appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation; however, I arrived about 20 minutes ear rating. Ryan has been fantastic! Todasy, I had a 1:00 pm appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation; however, I arrived about 20 minutes early at 12:40 pm. I understand that I was early for my appointment and the service guys were at lunch. At 1:40 pm, I noticed my SUV was still in the same place, I had parked it when I arrived. I approached the service desk to inquire about when they would begin the oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. I was told they did not have a technician free. I asked about what was the point of having an appointment, as I have lots of other things to do? The vehicle was then taken in and the servicing was completed promptly. I am happy to say there was no charge for the oil change or the tire rotation. In the end, I left Causeway Ford a satisfied customer. More
