I inquired about financing through this dealership and received a call about an hour later from Nancy Rodriguez, one of the dealership's Internet representatives. She asked me what car model I was looking for; I said the Civic. She inquired about my budget and I told her I was not sure but would know soon. She then proceeded to ask me when I wanted to buy.. I told her the fourth of July weekend was my target date. She then said, "Well how can I help you?" I explained that I was still shopping around and was merely inquiring about potential financing through the dealership. Her next words really annoyed me when she said, quote, "Well I'm trying to help you but you're not providing me with any information. How can I help you?" ... Well, I already told you, I'm still shopping and looking for a Civic, but I won't know my budget until later. She kept repeating herself saying, "You need to provide me with information if you want me to help you", talking to me like I was an idiot. I hung up. Twenty minutes later I receive a voicemail from one of the managers asking me if he could help me. Sorry, no. As a potential customer looking to spend $XX,XXX on one of your vehicles, I'd appreciate not being talked to like an idiot by your rude Internet salespeople. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
