Stay away from this place for service. They had my car for nine days. Will never return a call to update you because when you call they always give you an answering machine then when i sai They had my car for nine days. Everytime i finally got a person after arguing about the answering machine and no return calls they lied and said it would be done tomorrow. this happened three days in a row. they had my car for five days and did not even look at it till i started xxxxxxxx that i needed my car back because i used it for my business. they told me they had the part so that wasn’t the issue. The last day i was told the car would be done by four so i just showed up the car wasn’t done and i told them i would sit in the waiting room till it was done. very aggravating and so unprofessional They just lied everyday. so if you want your car fixed in a timely fashion or want to talk to someone this is not the place for you. i will never go back there and i wanted to trade my car in there but i will be going somewhere else Someone needs to teach them about customer service More
Called them on Thursday because I went to start the car Wednesday and the battery was dead on my 2017 Sonata. And I purchased a new battery on Wednesday and Thursday morning the car was dead again. When I called I could not get anyone to explain my situation and get an appointment. Called back and the receptionist said they were very busy and transferred me to their voicemail. I put on my air conditioning yesterday for the first time. It didn’t work it was blowing hot air. I went to have it looked at and they told me that miraculously something flew through the front grill of my car and damage the compressor on the air-conditioning. The damage looked very bad however there was no marks of any sort on my front grill or hood. With the damage that bed I would have expected some nicks on the front of the car. So in short I have an $800 repair bill on a car that’s only three months old. Something smells very fishy to me. I wouldn’t let them do the work. I took it to somebody I trust. I wouldn’t buy a car from here again. Drive up to toms River and buy it from Lester Glenn! More

Service for my Sonata I had to go out of my way (which I never do) and share what a great experience I had while servicing my Hyundai Sonata. While I had gone to another Hyundai dealership to get my issue addressed...because nothing was heard during the road test they did not waste their time looking in to it.... At the Manahawkin Hyundai dealership although once again, nothing was heard during the road test this time around they actually took the time to look in to area in which the noise was coming from with my guidance and fixed the issue. I think this shows they truly care about resolving any customer concerns and could have easily done what the other dealership had done which was nothing... My Tech Gregg road tested the vehicle with me and was very understanding and ensured he would do everything he could to resolve the issue, talk about Customer Service! I also spoke to John Gold which was very professional and obviously by the service provided runs a great team there as the staff took their time addressing the issue. Kudo's to Manahawkin Hyundai for not writing me off because they didnt hear anything during the road test with the vehicle and looked deeper in to the issue. You are true professional's and every Hyundai dealership Service area should be modeled after your procedures and staff. More

No games, just honesty and a direct route to what they had that I was looking for. And at a very reasonable price; I was upgrading a lease but needed to keep my payments at a certain level. He found me the exact color I was looking for, and extras like a sunroof! We figured out how to do it. And he even drove my old car inside so I could clean it out in the warm showroom. I would send anybody there. The whole staff was nice. More
