The salesmen lied repeatedly; they delivered me a damaged new car and gave me a hard time about fixing it; the handover pr The dealership is horrible. The salesmen lied repeatedly; they delivered me a damaged new car and gave me a hard time about fixing it; the handover process was to hand me the keys and say call if you have any questions. I reached out with questions and issues, but no manager bothered to get back to me. When I went to get the plates put on, they drilled an EXTRA UNNECESSARY hole in my new car and are now playing games about fixing it. They never put an inspection sticker on my new car. The list goes on, but they don't seem to care....when I try to get help, I get yelled at or ignored. I don't know if its age discrimination or gender discrimination but as a older female I can say in my life I have never experienced anything like this...lied to, yelled at, ignored. I will never set foot in a Causeway dealership again. More
