When you buy a premium car, you expect premium service I have a brand new 2019 Lincoln Continental Reserve. I took it to Cavalier Lincoln on December 2, 2019 for regular maintenance and to find-and-fix som I have a brand new 2019 Lincoln Continental Reserve. I took it to Cavalier Lincoln on December 2, 2019 for regular maintenance and to find-and-fix some rattles in the passenger compartment. I did not get my car back for a full week. I expected the car to be held overnight so I did not call for an update until the afternoon of Dec 3. On Dec 3 I was told they found multiple sources of rattles in succession, and that they were waiting on parts. I should expect to have my car back by the afternoon of Dec 4. On Dec 4 they called and told me that they were waiting on some adhesives that were needed. Unhappy with this, and because I received collision notifications through Lincoln's app, I visited the dealership to check my car. Thankfully, the collision notifications were a result of them disassembling the dash and headliner to correct the rattles. I was told I should have the car back by the afternoon of Dec 5 or the morning of Dec 6. On the afternoon of Dec 6 they called and said they would need to keep the car longer because they were waiting on more clips. Of course, the service advisor feigned ignorance as to the exact nature of the clips and why those clips were not identified and ordered prior. Needless to say I was very unhappy. I got my car back on Monday, Dec 9, along with the service ticket. I learned by reading the service ticket that the technicians broke the overhead console in the headliner when trying to remove it. They had to order a new overhead console and some clips. Why didn't they just tell me what happened? Why did they lie and deceive me? Any reasonable person would understand that mistakes happen and would appreciate the dealership for admitting and correcting their mistakes. Rather than being open and honest, Cavalier Ford Lincoln chose to lie and deceive. I write this review on February 6, 2020, almost 2 months after getting my car back. The rattles are still there AND my Hazard flashers do not work. They most likely forgot to connect the Hazard switch to the wiring harness, Apparently, their post maintenance testing process (if there is one) is not sufficient. While I bought a Lincoln and expect Lincoln-level service, I did not even get Ford-level service. This dealership holds true to the old "stealership" way of doing business, lie and cheat the customer whenever possible. I will never darken their doorstep again. I suggest everyone reading this review steer clear of them as well. More

I have bought multiple vehicles from Cavalier both Fords and Mazdas. This past Monday evening I had the pleasure of buying two(2) vehicles from Mr. Odom. Earl is a true gentleman and highly professional. N and Mazdas. This past Monday evening I had the pleasure of buying two(2) vehicles from Mr. Odom. Earl is a true gentleman and highly professional. Never met a salesman that can juggle all the options that Ford/Lincoln offers and actually can demonstrate them with zero confusion. Would also like to mention and thank Linsey for bearing with me when the deal started going south. She diligently searched the local dealers inventory and found another vehicle. Additionally when a different sales manager told Earl that he was "All In" on the price he offered on my trade rearkably Linsey found that "extra money" that I wanted in my trade. Glad the other gentleman stepped aside or it would have been Charles Barker here I come. Last but definitely not least I have to mention Matthew in finance. Its never fun talking money nor parting with it. However Matt was a pleasure to work with. He worked late into the night on these deals. I appreciated his candid and sage advice.
