Buying a Ford Escape I am unhappy with their presentation of charges on the sales slip. They should start with the price shown on the windshield and build the price from I am unhappy with their presentation of charges on the sales slip. They should start with the price shown on the windshield and build the price from there. I took several hours of discussion with the manager to get some idea of the charges and then he was a typical car sales person with some erroneous information. I rate the sales person we dealt with, Mr. Danny McDermott, five stars. He was an outstanding sales person. He friendly, helpful, and honest. He took time to go over the cost of the car and the various items in the car. He made sure that I could, with my disabilities, easily enter and exit the car. Also, we went on a test drive which he would usually take and he had no objection to variations which I made. The test drive added a few extra miles and we went through various driving conditions. This is the second car he sold us and the third car I bought from cavalier Ford. I strongly recommend Cavalier Ford and their sales person, Mr. Danny McDermott. More
