Sold a 2012 ford focus lemon Had the 2012 ford focus for less than a week when the AC drained several gallons of water into the passenger seat floor. My wife noticed soap foam in the carpet as it was getting soaked. Evidence that the carpet had to be cleaned prior to selling it. Also evidence that the dealership knew there was a problem prior to selling it. I called the dealership on monday evening as i was traveling back to the area and took it into them Tuesday morning. I was told Tuesday evening when i called to get a status update, ( because they never called me) that they had ordered the seal and my car would be done by Wednesday night. Well Wednesday when I called, (they didn't call me... Again) that a seal had to be over-nighted and would be done by noon Thursday. Now it's after 1 pm and car is still not done. Also carpet and padding was not replaced, I was told that the water damage to the padding could just be dried out. I recommend that you avoid cavalier ford in Chesapeake Va. More
