Actually went to 3 dealerships before purchase. Your dealership was “the only one” who actually greeted us out in the lot. One dealership we saw no salespersons, and one dealership there were salespers dealership was “the only one” who actually greeted us out in the lot. After purchasing my used vehicle, I was told to bring it in for a full detail. After 4 hours, I was told that the vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and nothing had been done. It still had melted candy in for a full detail. After 4 hours, I was told that the vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and nothing had been done. It still had melted candy between the seats and it the rear cup holders, stains on the ceiling, dirt in the vents, etc. It was obvious that nothing had been done. This is a perfect example of poor customer service after a sale. On a positive note, Mr. Black was a nice guy and easy to talk with during the financing process. More
