Worst service experience! Came in for oil change and it took an hour to get it done. I was the first one there with no one in front of me. Once it was finished and I was waitin Came in for oil change and it took an hour to get it done. I was the first one there with no one in front of me. Once it was finished and I was waiting on the service ticket to pay, another service guy pulled it back into the shop to have the oil changed again because he didn’t know what was going on and didn’t listen to the other sales manager. I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my vehicle pulled back around and pay. We have enjoyed our sales experience there with Brad and Lonnie, but the poor service we have received, not just this time, but past several times has been awful. Due to the service really going downhill I’m seriously considering making my next vehicle purchase somewhere else as well as taking my service business elsewhere. More
