After leaving over 4 phone messages and calling numerous times and even responding to a text…I have had NO responses. My Yukon was serviced on 9/22/25 (I will not discuss that every time I come in I ge times and even responding to a text…I have had NO responses. My Yukon was serviced on 9/22/25 (I will not discuss that every time I come in I get tattooed for $2000-5000) and was to have an oil change and tire rotation along with a message that keeps appearing to my back up system for service. (I would NOT have come in had I known that Ricky was not there…that should be noted when we schedule online). The person that checked me in said that diagnostics were 4-5 days behind. OK no problem…I was then given to Sergio (worthless as an advisor) …he had no time or interest in assisting me. The only words he said to me was about the additional work that was needed, and I approved for $1856 total). I was told it would be about 2 hours. I checked in two hours, and Sergio was gone. I waited another hour, and he was still gone…about 30 minutes later someone else comes out and tells me my vehicle is ready and gives me a bill of over $2200…I said no that is not what I approved and showed him my phone. He asked me to wait and came back a few minutes later with the approved amount. I then asked him about the back system service, and he said he didn’t know anything about that and would have Sergio call me. That did not happen. The next day I get a text from Sergio asking me if I was satisfied and I texted back no as no one has contacted me about the issue with my back up system. Do you think he responded…NO he did not. That is why I called numerous time, I left numerous messages to the number they connected me to and NO ONE has called me back. What kind of service is this? More
I recently took my 2020 Ram 2500 diesel truck for service at Cavender Buick GMC North, where I purchased the truck and bought the extended warranty. The issue was wetness around the rear differential and Cavender replaced the pinion gear seals. The following week i took the truck on vacation to Colorado and when i arrived there the back of my truck and the front of my trailer were covered in some type of fluid. Looking under the truck the rear end was leaking fluid. I took it in to a Ram dealer there and they found the rear end fill plug was not closed all the way which led to the rear end fluid leaking out. I have contacted Cavender and waiting for a response since my truck has a humming noise from the rear end of the truck. NOT GOOD! More
I dropped off my Denali to fix the ventilation seats. They told to look at next day. I called them after 2 days and they didn’t even diagnosed it. I asked for the service manager to come on the phone and he told me we don’t know when it’s going to be diagnosed and he can’t me give date and time. He offered to take your car back which I agreed but late on decided to keep it there and have them looked at it. After 4 days they texted me that it has been fixed. I went to pick the car and on the seats were still not cooling up. I texted them when I get home and they said it can’t be fixed because technician cannot reproduced the issue. I did get his answer and he had no explanation other than xxxxxxxxxxxx. General Motors had engine recall and they were xxxx busy when I went to pick the car. They didn’t want to spend time on diagnosing it plus my car is still under factory warranty so they decided to return it without fixing it. I will call to GM on that and submit my complain on their pathetic customer service and scamming people on the name of service. I was really surprised by Service Managers behavior and his responses. I will also lodge my complain to GM. More
If I could rate NEGATIVE stars, I would. Brought in for warranty covered repair on Jan 20, and they had it for 58 days, Service Manager Gianni Martinez literally refused to come to phone. Only time we could get any info was going in person. FINALLY ready per TEXT and we went to pick it up with NEITHER the Service Tech or Manager in site. Got it home, same problem popped up and THEN the AC and Temp gage went out, Reached out to Corporate for help and the dealership ignored them too. The ONLY person that was helpful in the service department was Carson Byers. We are without the vehicle and Rental car coverage on insurance ran out. every time I come here to get a repair, they try to charge me an astronomical fee. I have to then always remind them that I purchased a protection plan when I bought the vehicle from them, which takes charge me an astronomical fee. Today I brought my truck in to get a tire changed as there was a slow leak They diagnosed this leak, confirming my suspicion And then try to charge me $350 for a tire. I told them I bought the tire protection plan. Once again they had to look it up to confirm that I was correct. This took significant amount of time as usual. Why it’s not readily available I do not know. It then it took four hours to “ Get permission” to repair my tire with the protection plan I am not exaggerating. Four hours for a simple tire removal and replacement. More

I initially came in to compare two trims, the Elevation and SLT. Abraham took the time to show me several color options and even brought out both truck styles so I could directly compare them. He thoroughly explained the features of each trim and never made me feel pressured to choose one over the other. Once I made my decision, I was in love with the truck, but there was one feature missing. Abraham quickly found the exact color and trim combination with that feature, and at that point, I was sold. My husband and I purchased a new 2024 Sierra 1500 on 11/22/2024. We were made aware that the vehicle had been used a courtesy vehicle but being sold as a new vehicle. While test driving the vehicle we became aware of a tear in the center console and brought it to the attention of the sales person. He said he would speak to the manager and see what could be done about it. We told him at that time that as the vehicle was being sold as a "NEW" vehicle that we would only purchase it if the console were to be replaced and not repaired. We were assured multiple times that that would not be a problem and it would be taken care of so we purchased the vehicle. As time went by and no one contacted us about the "replacement" console we started calling to see when to expect this to be addressed. It became increasingly difficult to get an answer from anyone but finally were told when to bring the vehicle in. My husband took it in at the appointed time (fully expecting a new console) but when he picked it up he realized that they had tried to repair the tear instead of replacing the console like we had been assured of. Since then, after numerous emails and phone calls we still have a very obviously repaired center console and now no one returns our phone calls or emails. As you can see we are very unhappy and disappointed in this dealership and the way we have been lied to and ignored. More
Made an appointment for my vehicle to have a code read. Was told the wait is 2 1/2 hours.
