5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Experience. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. No upselling. No pressure. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Brandon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and answered every question I had. I was back on the road within an hour and twenty minutes. He even texted me the next day just to check in, make sure everything went well on the drive back, and confirm that I had everything set up the way I wanted. I’ve purchased nine vehicles from seven different dealerships in my lifetime—this was easily one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. The Service Dept. is an absolute nightmare to deal with or get ahold of. You can call and call and call…no one will answer or return any of your calls. Just wanted to say that Cavender West is a stand up dealership. I demanded a new contract to include a deferment and was accommodated. My vehicle Experience with Cavender GMC West has been a nightmare. My truck has been in the shop for three months With serious engine issues started at 18k miles currently at 58k Miles, lifters fuel inject nightmare. I was asked to return the loaner that was assigned to me little did I know I had left my $3,000 necklace in there by the time I went back the same day it was gone. I filed a police report hoping it turns up but no luck. Seems like my significant expenses with General Motors And this particular location holds very little weight Resulting in the worst experience ever. Now they’re saying if an engine is needed it’s going to be another 4 to 5 months due to back order. I’m 100% convinced I will no longer purchase anything from General Motors. Sad day for me More

Bad Bad Bad Business practices. Selling Certified Pre-Owned vehicles previously in major wrecks and they don't even care when you come back to confront them of the situation.
