Truck I was looking at already had a great price. There was not a lot of haggling before I agreed to the deal. I called the dealership at 8:05 AM on a Saturday morning to check one very specific question on a particular car they had listed on website. Believe it or not, a sales person (Felix Declet) answered the ph to check one very specific question on a particular car they had listed on website. Believe it or not, a sales person (Felix Declet) answered the phone and was happy to help me. I asked him if the car was equipped with a certain option, and that the only way to tell, was to physically look at the key fob. He said he had to go get the fob from key storage and would quickly get right back with me. He did and sent me a photo of it. it was equipped with my desired option, and I told him i might be interested, but, to save us both some time, I did not want the sales pitch, just an appointment to see the car. He gave me address and directions on when/where to meet. Shortly after that conversation, I got an email from him with a video attached, showing that he had went to the lot, found the car, pulled it out, and did a one minute walk around the car video and sent it to me. (That is above and beyond) We drove to dealership, did test drive, and set down with Felix and quickly came to a win-win deal. Felix is the type of guy you want to deal with when you are burned out of looking for a new ride, or just want honest answers from a guy who is trying to create a win-win deal. The entire process was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend Cavender and Felix. More
