Out of state buyer who found a vehicle on Autotrader posted by Cavender Cadillac. Called first day, and spoke with a sales rep. Chose to put a deposit of $2000 on the vehicle on Saturday to hold the vehicle while I could get someone out to look at the vehicle for me. I was told that would get me until close of business on Tuesday to purchase the vehicle. I had the mechanic go on Monday afternoon to drive the vehicle, and when he arrived they told him it was unavailable and in the paint booth. Because they wouldn't let someone look at the vehicle, the sales person told me that they would extend my deposit until end of business day Wednesday to give me time to have someone come out the next day. They told the mechanic they would call him when it was out of the paint booth...they didn't. I got him out there by close of business Tuesday for him to drive it. He then gave me my report. I spoke with the sales rep on a couple of things on Wednesday and was still being told we had until end of day. I finally told him that I wanted the vehicle and he told me it was sold. Holding $2000 deposit, lying, this is what I dealt with. All the time I spent getting and inspection. All the time I spent arranging shipping quotes because they wouldn't help. Every time I spoke to the sales rep, I could tell he was at home with a crying baby in the background, so I was never being told anything truthful. The amount of time this dealership wasted of mine is completely disrespectful. No standard of customer service. I was always transparent and never didn't reply or respond. There is no reason they should have sold that car without asking me for a final decision if they were to that point. Nick and George should be ashamed of how they operate. More
Very frustrating experience. I emailed and called on a used bmw x6. Andrew the internet salesperson was great in the beginning. Car just came in so I was waiting for photos and a video since I was buying out of state . I sent them everything they needed, license , credit application. Saturday am Andrew sent me the video , I asked about shipping and he was talking with his manager . I agreed to handle the shipping myself. I told him I would take the car and was ready to give him a deposit while they did the paperwork. He said the finance manager would call me for my credit card in a couple of minutes . 45 minutes later he called and said they shipped the car to their BMW store . He would get it back and couldn’t take my deposit until he had the car back. After about 10 calls unanswered or returned and several emails they went dark. Andrew would not take my calls and didn’t have enough respect to even email me. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly recommend staying clear of trying to do business with a dealership that treats customers like this . Still no response after three days, they sold the car to someone else in the middle of me buying it . Lots of lies and a salesperson who has no integrity and lacks a back bone . More

The Service Dept is on point. Paul, Pattrick, and Makayla all represent the Cadillac brand as to be expected. However, don’t bother trying to buy a car here because the Sales staff could care less. Based on a promo email I received(which they failed to honor), I tried to purchase a car a week ago. I countered the proposal from Seff Rico/Lance Washam and ONE WEEK LATER, I haven’t heard from anything. Then I received a follow up from the Sales Manager Elizabeth McWilliams on Sunday. I explained that Seff left me hanging and 5 DAYS LATER I haven’t received a reply. On Monday, the General Manager, Troy Tucker, sent me a “Feedback Request” email. I gave him the same feedback, that I gave Elizabeth, and 4 DAYS LATER, no response. Luckily all Cadillac Manuals provide contact info for Cadillac Corporate. I will be contacting them shortly to explain how Alderson Cadillac is responsible for me going from being a Cadillac Lover, who owes 2 Cadillacs (V Series & Escalade ESV), to someone who owns NONE, and I will do my best to ensure that no one I know earns their business. More

Morgan Mitchell did a good job following up on request and questions regarding the purchase of the GMC Sierra 1500. Getting the truck over to Discount Tire was a help in getting a task completed on a task I would be doing on this Friday the 13th of November. Paperwork at home was nice and fairly easy. If I had any complaint it would be that Morgan should not have taken a call as we were two pages in on paperwork and the phone lasted 7-10 minutes and though I did not spend 60k I believe Sales 101 would not have taught that lesson! Morgan Mitchell mentioned two things that would be addressed the passenger side mirror motor for folding would be repaired and the keys to the bed cover previous owner would be bringing them by dealership. Detail of truck was just okay I actually expected because of it being Anderson to be much better. All that said I would highly recommend Alderson Auto group to anyone.
