Called at 7:00 in the morning on 11-9-22 and talked to a lady for service to replace a broken side roll up window. She said someone would call me when they got in. I called back a few hours later and talked to a guy who again took my info and would have someone call me. As of today 11-10-22 @2:00 PM no call. I just spent a lot of money at this dealership for tires and shocks but I guess a window replacement is not enough to even call me back. Will NOT ever be going back here. More

Updating my post to add the sales office is the absolute worst and a waste of time. We tried to give them another chance after their original xxxx up of stereotyping my husband and I and now my mother in la worst and a waste of time. Always highly recommend the service department at Cavendar they’re apparently the only ones who do their job there and take customers serious. Billy and Richard are the only reason we continue getting our trucks serviced here. 2 ratings 5 stars as always to the service department they always go above and beyond 0 stars for sales who seem to treat customers by stereotypes. Have yet to hear from the sales rep. More
