Several things were not acceptable I took my 2020 3500 truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a fuel leak discovered ,the part would be in until the next day, and I would be called the ne truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor did not call me like he said he would I was not given a loaner as I was promised if repairs took longer than a few hours I had to get my husband to pick me up Was told that my tires were rotated, however the tire that was low was located in the same position as it was prior to the tire rotation, I don’t think the tires were rotated, but I was charged for it. Apparently they didn’t check the air in the tires Was not going to ever use this service dept again after they put gas in My diesel pick up that had only 9500 miles on it, and couldn’t understand why I no longer wanted the truck . Then charged me 6000 dollars for a new truck when they messed up my 2019 truck The only reason we used this dealership again is because of the positive experiences we have always had with Heber Tindall. But because of past and recent experiences, we probably won’t use this service department again, and will go elsewhere. My advise to anyone will be, it’s a great place to buy a vehicle, but not a great place for service More
