Great dealership! We spent a week in the Phoenix area (and Las Vegas) trying to purchase a new Escape. It was the typical shell-game and runaround that many of us have We spent a week in the Phoenix area (and Las Vegas) trying to purchase a new Escape. It was the typical shell-game and runaround that many of us have experienced when purchasing a new car. On Monday morning, I phoned Reynolds Ford in OKC (they had the exact Escape that I wanted). We made a deal over the phone. We left Scottsdale and spent that night in Albuquerque arriving into Reynolds Ford about 2:15pm on Tuesday. Jordan Lee was walking down the front steps as we arrived. A little after 3:00pm we were driving out of their dealership in our new Escape. Every person (Emma, Larry and Jordan) we encountered in their dealership were extremely professional and made us feel welcome. When we trade again in two years, this will be the first dealership I phone. More
