As I was walking in, a lady (who appeared to be on her way home), smiled an Last week, I went to Reynolds Ford OKC to shop for a new F150 pickup. As I was walking in, a lady (who appeared to be on her way home), smiled and asked if she could be of assistance. I explained why I was there and she introduced herself and offered to help me find what I was looking for. Her name was Betty Taylor, and she was friendly, open and helpful. She asked me some questions about what features I wanted in a new truck, what kind of payments I was hoping for, and got the appraiser to look my trade-in over. Something that struck me about her was the fact that she was actively listening to my answers, something very rare in a salesperson. She was very straightforward and honest, and very knowledgeable about all the options available. The entire process was completely transparent and comfortable. Not once did I ever get the slightest whiff of deception or trickery. When I told her of a truck I had seen online at the Norman lot, she arranged to have that vehicle brought to OKC so I could drive it the next day. And when I fell in love with that 2018 F150 in Magnetic Gray, she got the paperwork completed in record time, and took me to the Finance Office where I met another extremely competent person named Emma Machesic. Emma presented several possible options and worked to get me the best possible APR, and the result was that I got a lot more truck than I expected, for less than I expected to pay. AND I got to drive it home that night. Excellent work, both of you! Beautiful 2015 Ford Fusion I was in a car accident - totaled my 2016 Ford Fusion. I went back to my local dealership in Southwest OKC. I was not able to drive very far. A friend told me to go online and check Reynolds Ford. There HE WAS - Mr. 2015 Ford Fusion. He rides like a dream - very very pretty - white metallic. Low miles! Great Body! Clean - Clean! I don't smoke and this car does not smell like it has been smoked in. Ally Bank had told me they would finance my next car because I had put GAP Insurance on the contract - they would not until the old contract was paid off. I needed a car, even if I did not drive it for awhile. That is where Emma came in. I called her back and she got to work. Mr. White Fusion is financed thru Ford at a reasonable rate - New contract also has gap insurance and a 4 year extended warranty. All for a payment that I could afford. Mr. White Fusion has sat in my apartment complex parking lot until I have been able to drive comfortably. Security is knowing he is there. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
