Frank got a set of keys and opened a new Edge and started showing us all the gee whiz gadgets. After about 30 min. I thanked him and said I was just looking got his card and thank him. He was very courteous not pushy or demanding. I shopped around on the internet got some prices called him back and we worked out the deal. More

Attempted to purchase a truck from this same dealer about ten years ago, same experience....nothing has changed.
