After we decided on a new SUV, Frank continued to show us all the vehicles they had with the options we were looking for. 4 hours later we found the perfect vehicle. Negotiations were a breeze, Now the bad: This has nothing to do with the sales experience and Frank. Kyle, the finance manager, assisted with our financing. At the time, an auditor Nick was in the room with us. We were under the assumption he was there to audit (observe) Kyle. Nick continued to cut-off Kyle every 3-4 sentences. Nick was relentless about purchasing an additional warranty, even though we said up front we were not interested. Nick continued to dominate the conversation and wanted to “educate” us on how to maintain the value of our car. We have purchased 20 cars before and I have never experienced something like this. We expressed to him that we were not interested at least 4 times. Nicks interruptions extended our financing time an additional 40 minutes. Suggestion: LET KYLE DO HIS JOB! If someone say they are not interested, move on. We were about to walk out. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase. Frank is my ROCK STAR! I will definitely send my friends and family to see Frank. Kyle is great too, just make sure Nick is not in the room. Thank you again for your time and patience. More
