Found me just what I was looking for Had been looking for a new truck for several weeks. Web contact caused lots of calls to my residence and lots of offers to sell me something that wasn't what I requested from other dealers. Adam Merchant didn't call, just emailed me back that he had a vehicle at a stated price, but I could come in and he would find or order just what I wanted. On the day I had the time to visit Reynolds, he was off, but Frank Bishop reviewed the emails and hit the computer. Found the vehicle I needed and we were able to make a deal. I like that they aren't pushy when selling and they don't keep the keys for your trade in after they look at it. More

I spent about 2 hours at Reynolds Ford on NW Expressway.. looked at two SUV's and fell inn love with one. And in my price range too. This was the most comfortable I've ever been, in a car lot. Excellent customer service from all around. Everything was seamless and smooth and I was out of there in my new SUV within about two hours from the time I arrived.. This time would have been much shorter if I hadn't taken so long looking around lol. I sure do appreciate the honestly and integrity that I saw, in the two gentlemen that helped me. My sales man and then the underwriter. Or whatever you call the one that gets the financing part done. Very happy customer here and I will recommend everyone to them. More
