Am awesome experience I had spent 3 days looking for a SUV to buy. Some experiences were not what I expected and was disappointed in the Salesperson area many times. However, upon arrival at the Ford dealership we (my son and I) were greeted my Betty Taylor. She listened to what I was interested in looking at and presented information on the car that I did test drive. Multiple areas of this vehicle were explained and demonstrated. Her openness was much appreciated and made the whole experience very comfortable for us. My son was impressed with her ability to answer or seek an answer on any question we had.
