Ford Explorer Repair On 6/24 our Explorer lost power on the highway. I called the service department and spoke to Bryan. He gave us a recommendation and it worked. Jo Hong is one of the most knowledgeable and professional salesman I have every worked with., he is a tremendous asset to this dealership. On a sad note Jordan Lee is without a doubt the worst dealership employee I have ever met. He has a big chip on his shoulder, can't control his temper and emotion. When we were trying to sign the final sales papers he became so hostile he got up and walked out of two cubicles because he could not deal with the situation. He doesn't have the temperament or people skills to work in this position or deal with the public. He should return to the shop or garage where he came from. More
