I was looking at three different models I have been buying cars and pickups for over fifty years and found this to be the best experience I ever had. I was looking at three different models in the F150 lineup and the salesman, Mack Hughes, explained the features on each model and he was thoroughly educated on each feature on each vehicle. No pressure or stress during the visit and I wasn't pushed into making a decision. I actually enjoyed buying the pickup and was overwhelmed with the helpfulness of the Sales Manager, Larry Green, the salesman, Mack Hughes, the business manager, Shane Riggle, and the Finance Director, Mark Robison. Very Cooperative and Helpful I visited Reynolds on 6/27/16 for an appointment with Betty Taylor. She was more than willing to help me with my search of a new Ford F150. I had done research the night before online and narrowed my search down to my top 4 trucks that I wanted to look at from what was showing on their website. Betty was very helpful with helping me find the trucks I wanted to look at. She was also very knowledgeable with each truck and the "bells and whistles" each one came with. After purchasing my wife's Ford Edge at Reynolds in Norman and visiting with the guys at Reynolds in Edmond, I will not go back to either one of those places. If I want a vehicle from Reynolds ever again, I'll buy it through the OKC location on NW Expressway. They were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. After Betty and I made the deal, I went to Shane Riggle's office and he was very helpful as well. He was laidback and very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the questions, I had. As long as those two work there, they're my go to combo for any new vehicles in the future. More
