Best buying experience! Our salesman, Mack, was great. My husband and I were worried at first because all the salesmen were outside and we were sure they were all going to co Our salesman, Mack, was great. My husband and I were worried at first because all the salesmen were outside and we were sure they were all going to come running toward us! That has been our experience other places. However, we told him that we just wanted to look, he introduced hisself, and left us alone to look. When I found something I liked, I asked him if we can take a look and he came over to help us. He didn't push us to buy, we didn't feel pressured, he was always very kind and only talked us up when we asked him questions. We had our 3 year old with us and everyone was so sweet to him. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Ford Escape with him! While we sat around and waited for all the paperwork to go through, they offered us lunch...it was Memorial Day and they were having a huge cook out, so they gave us all lots of food! We really did have the best buying experience we've ever had. We are so thankful for everyone at Reynold's Ford! More

Loving my new car I went to Reynolds Ford on Expy in OKC and test drove a 2015 Ford Escape with John Moore. They had a large selection of Escapes, but only one in my pr I went to Reynolds Ford on Expy in OKC and test drove a 2015 Ford Escape with John Moore. They had a large selection of Escapes, but only one in my price range. I loved it, but the dealership wasn't willing to bring the car down to my price range. Then I saw the same car I drove a few days later on their website for the price that the dealer wasn't willing to go down to earlier in the week so I called Mack Hughes who told me the online price was a mistake, but he was able to get the manager to approve the price anyways and the next day I went in and talked to John Moore. We drove the vehicle again, looked it over, and then I spoke with Mark in financing who was super helpful. I bought the Escape the following Monday. Mack Hughes helped me Sync my phone, went through the whole car and all it's features, answering all my questions. It was later in the day so there was only one financing person in and we had to wait a while and Mack stayed with me chatting the whole time. I felt very informed and comfortable with my decision to buy the car. I never felt hustled or pressured to buy right away. If I ever need another car, I will definitely look there again. More

I absolutely appreciated him. I didn't spend more than 2 1/2 hours for my purchase (and this including looking at cars too). Jordan offered to deliver my car I was purchasing for my granddaughter. I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is my best experience EVER. I'm also looking for a pick up in the future and I guarantee you Jordan will be my sales rep. More

We were called later to tell us they didn't have the correct part, and it would cost over $300 with the correct part. My husband expressed our dissatisfaction with the change in price. I would say they did take about $50 off the price when we picked up the car. More
