Reynolds Ford OKC and Jordan Lee are the Best Jordan Lee went beyond the call of duty by locating me a car, 2016 Ford Mustang, which met my expectations. This was the third vehicle purchased from Reynolds OKC/Jordan. He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and is very easy to deal with. The other individuals involved with the sale were also found to be very pleasant and very good at their jobs. This was probably the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. More

From my perspective, the best Ford Dealer in Oklahoma City. Plus they have great coffee and on Friday donuts for customers. Kenneth L. Newman More
Great customer service! Our sales person (Trey) was incredibly patient in helping me find a vehicle I loved. I am very indecisive and had the poor guy even drive across town Our sales person (Trey) was incredibly patient in helping me find a vehicle I loved. I am very indecisive and had the poor guy even drive across town to get another vehicle for me to look at, only to buy the first one I looked at on the lot. When I apologized for his trouble, his response was "it's fine. I'm here to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get what you want." Because of his patience and expertise I am now in something I LOVE. And the price good too when I compared the vehicle to like models online! The only hiccup I came across was when I came back into the dealer to have an after-market DVD system put in. There was a miscommunication of the color needed (probably because I have tan interior... I'm assuming black was ordered). Trey and Jasmine (from the after market department) we both very apologetic and offered to tint my windows for free to make up for my trouble of having to reschedule. They really care about customer service here and I'm glad I chose to deal with Reynold's! More

Was very busy on a monday morning, and the drop off/pickup was relatively smooth. They cared as though it was their own car, and a 1-day turn around was helpful as well. Have used Reynolds Okc many times,as does some of my family, and would highly recommend them to anyone, ANYTIME! THANK YOU!!! More
If it has aftermarket accessories DO NOT BUY IT.......... Bought a 2015 Ford F250 ruby red with everything blacked out or painted to match. Great looking truck . Unfortunately the looks are not the problem . Bought a 2015 Ford F250 ruby red with everything blacked out or painted to match. Great looking truck . Unfortunately the looks are not the problem . The truck came with aftermarket tires and leveling kit installed by a third party . Outsourced by the dealership . Bought it on Wednesday and drove it Thursday . Returned it to the dealership Friday . Truck had a bad vibration form 45 to 55 mph and pulled to the right very hard . Also had an issue with the gps and xm radio did not work . When pulling a trailer truck would sway all over the road uncontrollably . Dropped it off at service with Reynolds Ford on Nw. Expressway on that Friday 2 days after purchasing it .I did not get a loaner but i did not ask for one . Got called on the following Thursday being told that my truck was ready to be picked up . Had to pick it up after hours due to the fact we operate the same business hours . On my way home i noticed that there was not one single issue had been addressed . Being late on a Friday night and they had my brand new truck all of the first week i owned it i'm a little pissed but had no time to deal with it till Monday I calmed down by Monday a lot but still a little insulted by this as i own my own mechanic shop and i know most of this could have been fixed in a couple hours . I looked at it and could tell the wheels were never touched at all as i could tell by the dirty weights that had never been pulled off or moved at all . The wheel was still pulling and the xm was still not working . I found a review of the tires that were on my truck and it was exactly the experience i was having when towing a trailer . Called up there and spoke to my salesman and he transfered me to the new car sales manager Larry Green i believe was his name . I explained to him what i am experiencing and had him look up the review online and he proceeded to tell me he was not going to replace my tires on my truck just because i am not happy with them and i found a bad review about them . He told me there are 100 good reviews to the 1 bad review that i found by googling my issue i was having with the swaying trailer . I know it was not the trailer because a buddy of mine hauled it to Houston that same weekend with no problems.. I told him i was happy with the tires i thought they look great and they are not noisy but they are not safe . I offered to go home and hook up my trailer and have him just go for a ride with me . He informed me that he was not going to and he didn't have to and the deal was already done on my truck i bought it with those tires . Those were his words exactly . I told him that i had spent 63 thousand dollars and that was probably not the right way to treat a customer who is obviously having an issue with the vehicle in the first day after purchasing it . He told me he could not and would not do anything for me and let me go . Now keep in mind i have had my truck for less than a week and that is the way he talked to me . i blow it off out of the fear of going to jail over this . a couple weeks later i am headed on another trip with my trailer and go to check the tire pressure in my tires before we head out. I find out my tire pressure is set at 80 psi . That is what is supposed to be set at but the problem lies in the fact the tire pressure rating for these tires is only 60 psi they put 80 psi in the tires so it would not have a light on . so i lower the pressure as to not ruin the tires and now i have a low tire light on all the time . Figure no big deal i will have them fix it when i go in for my first oil change . It is now time for the first oil change . dropped it off Tuesday and was just told today Thursday they cannot fix my tire light due to the fact it is against federal policies . So i now have a permanent low tire light on that i have to reset every time i get in my 63000 dollar truck that has 5000 miles on it . My warning is this if it has any aftermarket stuff on it be it tires wheels or anything do not purchase it as that is their way of getting out of dealing with any issues you may have in the future with your vehicle . My suggestion is also do not buy from Reynolds Ford at all because after the paperwork is signed you are nothing to them but a burden and Mr Larry Green should really take some classes on how to handle situations like this properly More
Oil Change and Recommendations The oil change was great which was what I went for but the recommendations on what was wrong with my vehicle were totally off. I was told the eng The oil change was great which was what I went for but the recommendations on what was wrong with my vehicle were totally off. I was told the engine light and the ABS light were on. I told them that I knew that but my husband said not to worry about them. The tech said the ABS was my airbag system which meant that my airbags were not working which is totally incorrect. The ABS is my antilock brake system. He also said my brakes were OK now but had wear. I had just had my brakes replaced little over year ago and I don't drive the truck very much at all Also that my battery wasn't putting out the proper amps. When I said I just had my battery replaced within the last year or two he said well maybe our equipment isn't working quite right. Sometimes equipment works and sometimes it doesn't to go get it checked by where I had bought my battery. He also said the ball joints were worn. The truck has 55,000 miles on it and has never been driven on rough roads. It has no popping or grinding sound. The tires do not wear unevenly like they would if the ball joints were worn out. They also forgot to put on one of the center caps on my right rear wheel. When I went back they were going to take it back to the mechanic to pop it on but then decided that they could do it right there. The man asked me if my tires and everything were OK and I said funny you ask that because I thought one looked low He said what year is your truck? I told him 2000 He said will that truck has a light on the dash to tell you if you have low tire pressure and he looked in my truck and said and it's not on B I left knowing I do not have a light for low tire pressure. This was the first time I had brought the truck over for just an old change. I know these guys are on commission for selling repairs but this was ridiculous. The next time I get my oil changed it will not be at Reynolds Ford. I wish that they could just do the oil change and be truthful for any work that needs to be done so that people could trust their judgment More
