Best vehicle purchase experience / No pressure / Excellent Short and sweet. I spent a couple weeks doing research on vehicle trims, options, accessories, etc.... to bring myself "into the know". I visited 4 lots in a little over a months amount of time. I know I could have done it all online, but I wanted the one on one connection you get face to face. Reynolds Ford was the first lot I visited, on a Friday evening. Jordan Lee contacted me through email and allowed me to get back to him when I was ready. THere were no redundant emails haggling, following up with, or pressuring me to make a decision. He showed me several trucks that matched very closely what I was looking for. He searched near and far, and thoroughly explained everything I had questions on. When I left, I told him I'd be checking out other lots, etc. He gave me my space. Several of the other Ford dealerships could learn a few things from Jordan's professionalism. I was almost instantly annoyed by all the others with their persistent emails, phone calls, no voicemails, etc. I ultimately went back to Reynolds after a months worth of hassle from everyone else and got me a set of keys. Reynolds Ford's "Transparency Policy" is just that. Jordan was up front with everything and explained everything in a way that made sense. I never felt as though I didn't completely understand everything I was getting into. Once we started "negotiations", it was quick, simple, and to the point. I got everything I was asking for with no hassle. Signed a couple pieces of paper and I was out the door with a new truck. More

My husband was so impressed with her, he decided to look at a pick-up, which he wasn't even in the market for a new vehicle. They presented us an offer for both our vehicles that we thought was a bit low, so we countered and they accepted and we are now the proud owners of 2 new Ford vehicles. We then went to the dealership to take a look at the truck and from the moment we stepped on the lot, Zack treated us like friends instead of a potential sale. They had the truck priced right and gave me an excellent quote on my trade in vehicle. The process was so simple and absolutely haggle-free I thought there must be a mistake! The purchase process was super quick as well. I was driving off the lot with my new used truck in under 2 hours, something that I have never experienced before! I definitely recommend this dealership if you want a fair deal and don't want to deal with high pressure salespeople. Zack and both Finance officers were great to work with! More
