Michelle found exactly what we wanted, called us right away, and the signing process was so easy it was unbelievable. Still waiting for satisfaction I took my still very new F-150 in because the AC didn't work, the windows didn't work, the seat messagers didn't work, the drop down running boards di I took my still very new F-150 in because the AC didn't work, the windows didn't work, the seat messagers didn't work, the drop down running boards didn't work, the navigation didn't work and a few other things. I took it in on Thursday when it was nearly 100 degrees and was told to bring it back Monday morning as they were busy. This is a work vehicle that I drive 8-10 hours a day. They also did not have a truck to loan me. However, they did have truck rental information. After 1 week with my truck they said it's ready, only to get 2 miles away from the dealership to find out the same problems are still occurring. This time they were able to find me a truck to drive until mine is done. I'm sure it will eventually be worked out and run fine, but after paying an arm and a leg for a top of the line truck I'm not sure I made the right decision. I know the service department is trying to fix my truck, but I feel like there is no loyalty for return customers or people trying to run a business. More
