False advertisement of warranty! My son bought a 2008 Ford Explorer at the time of purchase he was told he had a warranty on the engine and transmission. He had this vehicle less than seven months after the first month the alternator went out. "Cool; we understand that's not covered! So we paid to fix that. After he get it back a short time later the engine went out! Okay, thinking his warranty will cover the engine they found a excuse not to fix it by saying the fuel injectors went out causing the engine to Mess up, so know they're saying they're not going to fix it!(Remind you that the paperwork Says warranty covering engine and transmission) they do not want to honor it. I am so disappointed as a parent highly recommending REYNOLDS FORD to my son, he is very Hurt by this! He only had this ford explorer less than seven months and now the engine is totally messed up,, Which is still of this date in Reynolds Ford position.KNOW, HE DID HAVE A GREAT SALES REP SHE WAS AWESOME! The company not wanting to honor the warranty is what we have a problem with! More

Excellent product knowledge I had visited several other Ford Dealerships and did not encounter ANY salesperson that was as efficient and knowledgeable in pointing out the many fi I had visited several other Ford Dealerships and did not encounter ANY salesperson that was as efficient and knowledgeable in pointing out the many fine features on the Ford Explorer as Emily Shannon. My husband, who met with her at a different time, was also given the detailed safety features opening the hood, the gas cap, tire storage, etc. We were both impressed with her knowledge and more than anything, she "sold" the product by showing us the finer features. She also has followed up by email and phone to insure we were still happy with our purchase. Good job! More
