Great salesman and dealership, bad service department !!!!! This is the fifth truck we've purchased at Reynolds ford in okc I've never had a single problem with any thing, I deal with one salesman Bodie Turner, This is the fifth truck we've purchased at Reynolds ford in okc I've never had a single problem with any thing, I deal with one salesman Bodie Turner, I consider him a friend he's never stirred me wrong on any deal we've ever made there. We have come to know a couple of other salesmen, the sales managers and the finance manager. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am a little upset with the service department like I said this was a used vehicle it had been on the lot for quite. I understand the previous owner sold the truck outright to the dealership but apparently they never went over the vehicle after they bought it. It seem as if it got lost in the shuffle,there was some recalls that had not been done. I returned the truck to the dealership to fix these issues after we started having a couple problems,the truck sit there another week with the change oil display popping up every time the truck was started. Apparently no one ever took the initiative to change the oil. The primary reason I bought this truck was to fill safe when my wife was out on the road pulling our 14000 lb three horse trailer and had told this to the dealership prior to purchasing this vehicle. I would and will still recommend this dealership to anyone. They did tell me to bring it back and they would take care of the problems, it is frustrating as I'm fixing to have back surgery in a couple days and don't have a lot of spare time right now. If it had not been for these issues this dealership would have gotten a five star rating from us as usual. More
