The purchase of this vehicle was accomplished via the internet was which was easy/quick. The price negotiated was a very good price and the trade in of my previous vehicle was a very good one. Emma Machesic was great to work with on the purchase. Kelly Porter went beyond the call of duty when I picked up the vehicle. He had it ready to go for a test ride when I arrived and took time to go over all of the features of the car and set some of them up for me. And days later, he even chased down my sunglasses that I had inadvertently left in the old vehicle. The sales personnel that I have always had at the dealership have always been the best. The service department has been great as well. The one downfall on the recent purchase was with the finance office. They do not understand the word "No" when it comes to selling aftermarket items. Regardless, I will continue to return when considering the purchase of a new vehicle. More

We went to the Oklahoma City location with two cars that we wanted to see at this location and one at the Norman location. One of the cars at the OKC store was already sold and the other wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Our salesman, Alan Coffee, made arrangements to transfer the car from Norman to OKC for us to look at and it was just what we wanted. The only thing that I don’t care for is how long it takes to do all of the paperwork. There has to be a better way to do that. It should not take hours to check credit and fill out the forms. More

Most pleasant buying ever I called Reynolds OKC asking about a certain vehicle I was interested in. He asked when I would like to come in and when I said the time I could be there, he stated that he would be leaving shortly after I would arrive so he could pick up his daughter from school. I thought that was quite commendable a father looking out for his child but he wanted not to have me taken care of and asked if I would deal with Kyle Davis. When I arrived I found Kyle and was so pleased with the courtesy and assistance my wife and I received it was most delightful. While speaking with Kyle about the vehicle we had found A J called to make sure we were being taken care of satisfactorily.
