Know what you want when you go to shop I knew what I wanted in an online ad for a specific car. Wednesday of that same week my husband found a Ford Escape on line at Reynolds dealer ship. My husband called Kyle and he located the car on the lot and had it ready for us to look at and drive. Kyle was excellent in the way he handle the sale of this Escape. I personally don't give an "excellent" rating, but this salesman was professionl and I felt he went above and beyond to help us pick the right car for us.
