When I made appointment, I was quoted one price. Once I arrived at dealership, the service rep tried to tell me it was more and thar I had been misquoted. I then went online and found a coupon and he still tried to tell me it wasnt applicable (stated it was only for Nissans and not for Infiniti cars. I had to argue that website did not state it was only for specific makes. He finally agreed to honor it, but had I not been adamant, I would have been overcharged. Simple oil change took 2 hours, even with appointment. At some point I went to ask how much longer, and realized my car was already sitting there ready. He stated he still needed to finish paperwork, which would be another 15 minutes. Delay felt intentional since I had argued with him about price. More
