If I could leave zero stars I would. My 83 year old mother came in to get a recall taken care of. Well of course Nissan whooped up a 4 page document of what she needed to do on her 2007 My 83 year old mother came in to get a recall taken care of. Well of course Nissan whooped up a 4 page document of what she needed to do on her 2007 Nissan Xterra. Her vehicle is 17 years old in age only. It has 90,000 miles and is like new. Cavender service gave her a list of items totaling over $4000 in repairs. They also put duplicate line items stating the same service twice. So very sad. She does not need any of these items listed. These are the reasons most people can't stand dealerships because they are not honest, take advantage of people, especially elderly women. More

Vicente is our "go-to guy" when it comes to servicing our Nissan. He has always been fair and explained the importance of each service needed to maintain our vehicle in tip-top shape. We started going to Ca Nissan. He has always been fair and explained the importance of each service needed to maintain our vehicle in tip-top shape. We started going to Cavender in San Marcos shortly after our new vehicle purchase due to the lack of interest from the dealership we purchased it from in Austin, TX. Finding Vicente in San Marcos was a God-send for us, as he gave us extra special care, never pushy or insistent on what we could afford at the time. As long as he remains there, we will continue to have our vehicle serviced and always look forward to a job well done when we leave. When we decide to purchase another car, Cavender Nissan will be at the top of the list (as long as Vinny is there)! By the way, everyone we have dealt with at Cavender has been exceptional! More
