I am extremely angry with this dealership, and highly recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle avoid going through Cavender Subaru. We found a listing for a 2015 Legacy online and decided to go in that day to purchase it. When we arrived, we were informed that the car had not been detailed or serviced yet, but had just been posted online to drive interest. That was fine, and we told them we still wanted to look at it and test drive. After the drive, we asked to see a price breakdown for financing. Throughout the process of gathering information, we were told repeatedly that the car would be bumped to the top of the servicing list, that they would have the car ready within a couple of days, and that we would be all set to go within the week. We agreed, signed on it, and after negotiating with financing (which was about as pleasant as normal dealership negotiation is), gave our down payment and was told we would hear back in 2 business days. Well, long story short: we did not hear back. We had to call, and the service department somehow didn’t know that the car had been sold (even though there was a large SOLD sign in the window), so they had not touched the car. After lots of back and forth phone calls, they said the car would be done in a week. True to their word, and good on their part, the car was done about 4 days later. HOWEVER, we were unable to register the car because they never mailed us the title, and when we confronted them about it, they said they were still within the 60 day policy to give us that information, so they were just ignoring the title. They had claimed multiple times on the phone that the title had already been sent. We were unable to drive the vehicle for A FULL MONTH after purchase because of these multiple errors. Not once did we feel heard, respected, or communicated with. We have put in a formal complaint with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, and will never be recommending this dealership in any way for used car sales. More
I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Cabender. Conner was the first associate that helped me find my first car there. I loved her. She was great. My second car purchase was from Paco. I would've asked for Conner, but she worked at a different location. But Paco was awesome! I have never enjoyed car shopping because I always got the typical car salesman that nobody wants. Conner and Paco were nothing like that. They were personable, funny, and truthful. The finance people were also very nice and and not salesmanish or pushy. Jacob was the second one I dealt with , I don't remember the first financing person's name though. I will keep going back here when we need a car! More

I took my car to get an oil change and the service advisors and staff were super nice and helpful. They found some issues and I had to leave my car at the dealership, but the process was seamless and advisors and staff were super nice and helpful. They found some issues and I had to leave my car at the dealership, but the process was seamless and quick. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I'm very grateful for the good work and exceptional service, especially from Grant in the service department. More
We purchased a used vehicle from Cavender Subaru of Norman this week. I must say this was the best car-buying experience my wife and I ever had. From the initial greeting to out the door with keys this Norman this week. I must say this was the best car-buying experience my wife and I ever had. From the initial greeting to out the door with keys this experience was top marks. Clean, comfortable, no pressure trade-in and finance. For the Finance team, they put the work in to get us an unbelievable APR% they were very straightforward and to the point on warranty needs. At no time did we feel like unneeded warranties were being pushed on us, explaining thoroughly and thoughtfully on what is really needed. This Cavender Group is now our car people. More
