I brought my vehicle in for oil change and filter change. I also was planning on having the Starlink repaired or updated. Was told in numerous communications that it would take up to 2 hours which I allowed I also was planning on having the Starlink repaired or updated. Was told in numerous communications that it would take up to 2 hours which I allowed myself enough time. Was told when I arrived at the dealership it takes at least 3 to 4 hours. I did not have enough time that day so will need to take another day off work to bring my vehicle up to have that completed before the complimentary repair ends on 1/15. It was a bit frustrating.
