Tony was a horrible sales person. He neglected to tell me about the military discount program, which I ended up getting while in the finance office. He also gave me the wrong vehicle. I had previously test d about the military discount program, which I ended up getting while in the finance office. He also gave me the wrong vehicle. I had previously test drove a vehicle with another sales person and returned and asked to test drive the same vehicle again, which I ended up buying. It was dark when I made the purchase. The next day, I realized the vehicle had a different VIN number and was missing one or more of the features from the vehicle that I had previously test driven. He also blamed me for multiple issues I had with the vehicle. To this day, there is still glue lines on the vehicle from the protective plastic covering used during shipping. I wash the vehicle at least once a week and within 2 months noticed white spots that are permanently in the paint, almost like water spots. The rear roof light for the trunk continues to fall out and hang by the wiring. The service department has been good so far, except for the paint correction I had done. The next day after buying the vehicle I noticed that there were scratches in every single door handle cup, likely from someone with a ring on opening the doors for viewing while the car was still on the lot. The paint guys tried and failed to fix these but also left their buffing compound all over the vehicle and did not wash the car. The signs in the shop say that every service comes with a car wash and I have yet to receive one. Overall, I have not been impressed with this dealership. More
Oscar in the service department is phenomenal. He gets my car in and out and keeps me aware of any maintenance my Outback might need. I had an appointment for two factory recall issues, but upon arrival, the service department seemed ill-prepared, rushed, and unorganized. After I picked up my vehicle, the "ride" seemed exceptionally rough ~ so, I immediately checked the tire pressure, and all four tires were at 70 psi ... ! ? Not impressed ~ Unfortunately, it's unlikely that I will ever return to Hudiburg. I didn't intend to respond, but I received multiple email requests to leave a review. : / More
