Had an appoinment @1pm got out @ 3:30pm. Ridiculous. People were getting out before me even if they arrive after me. My service was free since still under warranty. I did my research and found exactly what I was looking for at Hudiburg Subaru. I was quickly connected with William Monterroso online. I explained that I lived 4 hours away and was very interested in the for at Hudiburg Subaru. I was quickly connected with William Monterroso online. William was great and easy to talk to, the dealership had the best price I had seen in a 500 mile radius and with their no haggle pricing I could see why. I asked him to be honest with me and take it for a test drive and report back. William took it out that day and everything was exactly as he said it was when I showed up. He even noticed a few small chips on the window and on his own decided to replace it so I wouldn't have to worry about it when I showed up. Even after the sale was done William went the extra mile and contacted the previous owner about the missing extra key, which he found and William mailed out to me. Probably the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. More
