We interacted mostly with Joel Ojeda and Freddy Londono. These two guys couldn’t have been more helpful. We were upside down on our Subaru Impreza and in desperate need of a bigger vehicle. Salesperson (Ethan) was slow and although he said he knew much about the vehicle we intended to purchase he proved that he did not. Ethan was nice enough but his customer service was not stellar. Point of fact, my wife and I felt like we were a bother to him and the management staff. We were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience to their day. We never spoke to sales manager. We were never thanked for our purchase and our follow up call turned out to be an impersonal e-mail. The finance manager was nice and very relatable but perpetually complained to a co-worker or my wife and me about how they wanted to go home. I will buy another Subaru but I will not buy it from Ethan or Hudiburg Subaru. More
