We interacted mostly with Joel Ojeda and Freddy Londono. These two guys couldn’t have been more helpful. We were upside down on our Subaru Impreza and in desperate need of a bigger vehicle. We called about the Nissan Pathfinder just before they were scheduled to close and let them know we lived about an hour away but were very interested. At first, we were discouraged and thought that we wouldn’t be able to make it work. Joel killed it! They offered us top dollar on the Subaru to make the deal work for our budget. They heard our story and helped us get into a vehicle that was right for our family. I don’t ever want to do business with another dealership. These people care about people! So refreshing! I guess I presented a coupon at the wrong time when I paid for the service on my vehicle. Got a lot of bad attitude from Krista about it. AJ made buying my first car super easy. Walked away with a payment I can manage, and the perfect Subaru for me. Our service experience was great. We came in for an oil change. Joey advised us of other items that needed attention. Our vehicle is almost 11 years old.
