I really can't say enough good things about our buying experience. Starting with AJ. He knew the answer to all the hard questions we asked. I get to still earn interest on my money by financing our new Subaru at 0%. This was a first for us and Paula made it all happen and under budget. I even traded in our old car, which I NEVER do. I always sell to individuals to get more money. Not this time. They were more than fair and so we sold the uncomfortable car to them. So easy. Did I mention we drove from Edmond because the Edmond Subaru dealer wouldn't deal with us. Yeah, it's worth the drive to shop Hudiburg. Can't wait to buy another one someday.....soon. I do not give out stars easily. They earned every one of them. More

Although I seldom write reviews, I want to share my positive experience purchasing my new Outback. I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars! This is the third vehicle we have purchased through P positive experience purchasing my new Outback. I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars! This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Paco, and as always, he went above and beyond . Paco is extremely professional and knowledgeable and very patiently explains all of the features and options with absolutely no sales pressure. Freddy in finance was excellent to work with and helpful in warranty options. I'm scheduled to meet with John in a couple of weeks to answer any questions I may have and ensure I understand the features of my new car. Wow, how impressive is that! Hudiburg is not just about making the sale, but committed to excellence and customer satisfaction! Not really happy, it was my last so called free service under their 24,000 mile service plan. the entire time they never changed out my engine air filter or my cabin air filter. Which all manufactures re under their 24,000 mile service plan. the entire time they never changed out my engine air filter or my cabin air filter. Which all manufactures recommend those every so many miles. I will not take my WRX back to them and pay for a service that should have been taken care of under the previous services. They all seem nice and all but they're cheap. Unfortunately I have two other Subaru that fall under the 24,000 mile service plan that I'll take to them of course because I'm sure somewhere in my contract I paid for it, but after that I'll be done with there service department too. My brakes on my 2020 Ascent are still speaking all the time and they say nothing is wrong with them. BIG BS, I've read on a forum where another Subaru dealership changed out a customers brakes and rotators and they don't squeak anymore. I've got 10,000 miles on that vehicle and I'm guessing I'll just change them out myself because this dealership is too cheap to give us quality work. More
I brought my 2015 Forester in to have the ball joints checked since another Subaru dealership had informed me that they needed to be replaced. Pete and a young technician informed me that they were still ok and did not need replacement It is unusual to visit with the guy that worked on your car or even talk to one that had talked to the mechanic Every thing was fine.
