My Outback is about 18 months old. I called service & spoke with Pete. He had me bring in my vehicle, arranged for a loaner, had the vehicle serviced and my problem corrected. An estimate was provided and the final cost to me was quite a bit lower than the estimate. In less than 24 hours all was repaired and serviced.
