Received a friendly reception upon arrival. Had discussed the vehicle with e-sales over the phone and was told that the vehicle would be ready for inspection and test drive when I arrived. I asked if I could check the undercarriage for oil leaks/damage and my salesman arranged with the service department to put the vehicle up on a lube rack. After my inspection of the undercarriage, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. After a short wait, I was greeted by Paula Dibler and was provided with a couple of options. This was a pleasant process with Paula as she is truly a professional and a delight to work with. Answered every question without hesitation.
