So my experience started with issues on a used car purchase and title never being received(not their fault) but after 45 days I decided to return the car which is legal right. The general manager came out was polite and without hesitation took the car back. After the way they handled that I decided to buy a new car and they went above and beyond to make things right. Assuming they(sales and service) continue this level of excellence and customer service they have earned a long term customer. More

The service department at Hudiburg on I-240 is great. The employees are always attentive and pleasant. I always wait while my car is being serviced because the waiting area is very nice and clean, with free employees are always attentive and pleasant. However the service department was rude and I wish to never go back to them. I had a brand new car and it had a small chip in the window, I was told to being it back the next day to get it fixed. I assumed to bring it to the service department for the repairs. I was wrong however instead of the service department helping me handle the mistake I was told "we don't allow pop-ins and if you didn't get an email you don't have an appointment". This was horrible service! This guy was so rude I will never go back to get service. I will take my business else where. More
