At first I thought this was going to be an amazing experience where I decided to spend a "little" above my budget to receive what I thought was one helluva deal. (Even though they tried the cat and mouse game which lasted more than 5 hours. After a ten hour work day, this was an incredibly exhausting experience.) One day later. I received a text from Freddy Londono in the finance department stating there was a mistake on my contract and roughly $1300 that the dealership HAD AGREED to give me (Tag/Title compensation), was no longer an option because they had made a mistake. The agreement WHICH WE SIGNED was no longer valid. Long story short, I feel manipulated and lied to by this dealership. I drove home with a great deal on a great car. Just a few hours later, I was interrupted during a crazy busy work week by a dealership that made a mistake on paperwork (which was agreed upon) and basically told the car is no longer mine until I cover the cost of the $1300 or change my financing terms to a more unfavorable situation for me. They tried to sweeten the deal with a few extra service visits and a few other things. I walked away with a towing package (valued at $900). I still can't tell if I was just given the works, or if it was genuinely a mistake. It's pretty sad that dealerships do everything they can to make the car buying process so confusing and frustrating where folks can be taken advantage of. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from them. More

Low pressure sales and prices well within fair market value I enjoyed working with Rodney at the Hudiburg Used Car sales lot to buy my new-to-me Subaru Outback. Pete makes it " Easy Peasy " ! When it came time for our first service on our 2011 Forester ( my wife named her Pearl ), I was lucky enough to draw Pete in the service department. He has guided me through seven years of service telling me what should be done. He gave me his cell phone number to make it seamless to call and make an appointment at a time convenient to me. Overall I was very impressed with the service provided and felt like they had me out of there quite quickly for it being a milestone service. I will admit that I was nervous going to a new dealership as my prior one in California was so great but I was very satisfied with their customer service and will definitely be returning here for my service needs. I would definitely recommend Hudiburg to any fellow Subaru owners! More
EACH TIME IT JUST GETS BETTER let me start off by prefacing this- I am an old fart, grew up when cars had carburetors/points/condensers and you dint have to tear half the engine ap let me start off by prefacing this- I am an old fart, grew up when cars had carburetors/points/condensers and you dint have to tear half the engine apart to get to the spark plugs.With that out of the way it should give an idea of how much it pains me to have to pay to have stuff like that done-plugs, heck I doubt if some of the techs now have ever even seen points!! And I say techs because the guys fixing cars now days are technicians, not mechanics. Anyway, back to my review. I have two subies- one bought from Hudiburgh and the other a used one that is serviced at Hudiburgh. I have had to take both in for repairs and have NEVER been taken for granted,talked down to or mislead on the cost or the repairs being done. Quite the opposite- on one occasion the problem was misdiagnosed and I returned shortly after. They found a service bulletin covering the issue and did all necessary repairs with no charge since they had misdiagnosed previously And I am not talking inexpensive repairs- the cost to me would have been north of 500 dollars. Another occasion was when the used subie threw a check engine light( pesky little things that really only serve to give the wife something to ponder and online diagnose!!) When I called to schedule an appointment the service adviser( Brian) set me up but it was gonna be a while out so he suggested a home help repair and I tried it. Low and behold the problem went away but of course, check engine light remained illuminated.Went ahead and kept appointment anyway for family peace( remember the wife thing from previous). Got in ,told Brian what was going on and he had em check it anyway, no defect found and they had me in an out in less than 45 minutes- and no charge, I should mention at this time that in all of my visits when I needed to leave the vehicle for extended periods i was provided a loaner with no hassle or questions asked. So to sumise this lengthu review- do I like having to pay for something I feel like I should be able to do? No ! BUT...if I am going to have to( and I am- im a mechanic, not a technician) I will gladly take it to Hudiburgh and trust them to take care of not only my vehicles but me as well.I feel like family there and am treated as such( Oh yeah, their prices are very comparable to local shops- I checked each time!!!) HUDIBURGH SUBARU- WHERE YOUR CAR AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE FAMILY!! More

We got the Outback we wanted and thought with the trade of our Honda CRV we were treated fairly and courteously. Even though we were a bit rushed (on our part), the staff went out of their way and answered all our questions. We live in Norman so it is a bit out of the way, but I'd say an excellent dealership!!!! (and I don't usually recommend a dealership after the fact!) More
