She gave us very clear communication while we waited for the car to come in - no surprises. She treated my family with respect when we all came in to see the car, and never rushed any part of the process. I felt the entire process was transparent, and whether working with the sales manager (Nathan), or the finance department (Joel) - I had confidence that no funny business or last minute changes were being made - everyone was respectful, kind, patient, and honest. Some dealers talk about "making friends" - Hudiburg Subaru doesn't need to make such plugs - they are clearly more interested in building a long-term positive customer relationship than chasing today's profit margins.
