I did not begin my Hudiburg Service experience as positive as I usually do. I did not know Hudiburg had closed their southwest OKC dealership until I called to make an appointment. Brian was my ser positive as I usually do. I did not know Hudiburg had closed their southwest OKC dealership until I called to make an appointment. Brian was my service advisor. I had met him once but this was the first time I had used him. When I asked for the address, he said it was too new to be on my GPS and rattled off them off. I called him a few days before my appointment and asked him to text the directions to me. He said they were too long and he was not going to write them. I spent 30-45 minutes looking for the dealership after I got to 24th St. looking for the dealership. I finally called the business number and Janet answered the phone and stayed on the phone until I got to the dealership. Needless-to-say, I was not at all happy with Brian. He came to my car and I was less than pleasant with him and told him so. He seemed surprised and asked why. I quoted back our conversation where he had said he was too long to write the directions and text them to me. I told him to leave me alone that I would not work with him. Jeff Shahan was standing there and heard the whole conversation. When Brian left, Jeff said he would help me. Jeff was wonderful and explained everything clearly. Hudiburg Subaru service department in OKC was the best I have ever used in my lifetime. I was concerned that it might change now that it has moved to Norman. I am happy to say that it is still excellent. Except for Brian Biehl, I have never had a negative experience at Hudiburg Subaru Service Department. More
