Tire leaks air every night. Dealership checked it but no leak found. Service writer said that nothing can be done. Monday April 4th took Outback for oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership, arrived home and smoke was coming out of the grill. Found oil was all over engine drove back to dealership and they kept i rotation. Left dealership, arrived home and smoke was coming out of the grill. Found oil was all over engine drove back to dealership and they kept it over night to clean. April 5th went to pick up Outback, got home and smoke was coming off engine when I parked it at home. Took It back same day and talked to Marvin Johnson in which they kept it until April 7th. April 7th while waiting for my Outback to be pulled around one the the service mangers was saying it’s Bull Sh#% that I did not fill up the loaner and he wasn’t going to accept it as he walked past me and my wife in the waiting area. When Marvin pulled my Outback in and popped the hood I still found a lot of oil on drivers side of engine. He told the tech to take it back and clean it. When they brought it back most of the oil was gone and I let Marvin Johnson know the service manager was talking Sh#% about us and the gas in the loaner. He comped my next oil change and I drove home. I also took a video on April 5th of engine when I got home after first over night cleaning. Hopefully this is an isolated incident as I take my wife’s Forester here to get serviced as well. More

Ethan was great from start to finish. I ended up doing a lot over the phone because the dealership is about an hour away.
