Great people to work with. A necessary part was ordered by service. I was out of town for a month so they held the part until I returned. I dropped off my Outback Touring XT A necessary part was ordered by service. I was out of town for a month so they held the part until I returned. I dropped off my Outback Touring XT and was given a loaner car. Later I was informed that Subaru recommended not installing that part because apparently they were working on an updated version of the part. My question, why was I not informed about the incompatibility of this part before going through the effort of dropping off my vehicle? More
